— Inside The Rack
A working facility. A real tool.
I'm Stacie. I run Soul Serpents, a ball python breeding facility. THE RACK is the software I built to manage it. I use it every day. Now I sell it to keepers and breeders who want the same thing I wanted: something that works the way we work.

— The Problem
Spreadsheets break at fifty animals.
I started where every keeper starts: a spreadsheet. It was fine for a handful of animals. By my second breeding season I was drowning in tabs. Formulas broke when I added rows. Data lived in three different files and none of them agreed with each other.
I tried the existing software. Some of it was decent, but everything came with monthly fees that never stopped. And most of them held my data hostage. If I ever wanted to leave, I was starting from scratch. None of it fit how I work.
— The Build
So I built what I needed.
Collection management. Breeding pipeline. Clutch and incubation tracking. Genetics calculator. Weight and feeding logs. Sales and revenue. A dashboard that tells you what needs attention right now without clicking through five menus.
Every feature exists because I needed it in my breeding room. Nothing in the app is theoretical. If it is in THE RACK, it is because a real breeder used it today.

— Our Story
From a broken spreadsheet to THE RACK.

01 The Beginning It started with a spreadsheet.
Like most keepers, I started with a spreadsheet. A few tabs, a few formulas, and a clear view of every animal I owned. It worked fine when I had a handful.
02 The Mess Then the collection grew.
More animals. More clutches. More hatchlings. More sales. The spreadsheet became a mess of tabs and broken formulas. I was spending more time fixing the spreadsheet than running the facility. Breeding season does not wait for you to find a cell that broke.
03 The Search I tried the existing software.
Some of it was decent. But everything came with a monthly subscription that never stopped. Others had a hundred features and half of them did not work right. Most held my data in a system I could not leave without starting from scratch. None of it was built by someone who breeds.
04 The Build So I built THE RACK.
Not as a startup experiment. Not as a side project. I built it because I needed it. I wanted something that showed me what needs attention today without clicking through five screens, that kept my data in a format I control, and that I paid for once and owned forever.
05 The Software Built for how breeders work.
THE RACK is facility management software. Collection. Breeding pipeline. Pairings. Clutch and incubation tracking. Genetics calculator. Weight and feeding logs. Sales, revenue, and buyer management. A dashboard that tells you what is urgent the moment you open it. And it keeps growing: Genetic Testing HQ for verified DNA results, Data Insights for pricing intelligence, Partner Projects for collaborative breeding, and environmental monitoring with Sensor Pack.
06 Today I still use it every morning.
Soul Serpents is a working facility. THE RACK is the system I run it on. Every feature exists because I needed it. The Keeper tier works for any reptile species. The Breeder tier is built for ball python breeding programs. Whether you keep five geckos or run a full facility, it is the same software, and it is built by someone who is in the snake room right now.
