Pick your device

Run your NARBC Tinley table from one laptop or one phone

Both run a full show weekend in THE RACK. Pick the one you'll have at the table.

THE RACK Expo Day on a laptop, The Floor, for the demo show NARBC Tinley on Saturday. Demo animals sit in their bins, sold tiles show the price and how each was paid, and one animal is on hold with $200 down. The sale panel is open on a Banana Enchi at $300 with Venmo picked, a buyer name typed, and the Mark Sold and Hold with Deposit buttons.

LAPTOP

Expo Day, on a laptop or computer with a mouse, window full size. A touchscreen gets the phone or iPad version.

  • Pack who's coming, then Check Out each one into the tub.

  • The Floor: Mark Sold with the price, how they paid and the buyer. No name? Leave Buyer blank for a walk-up.

  • Hold with a deposit, then complete the sale or release the hold.

  • A live count on top: taken today, on table, sold, on hold, unaccounted.

  • Close Out won't finish until every animal is sold, held, back in the tub or marked lost.

THE RACK show planner on a phone, the Live stage for the demo show NARBC Tinley on Saturday afternoon. Two animals still on the table each have a Sell button, and the animals already sold are listed below them with their prices.

PHONE or iPAD

The show planner, on your phone or iPad

  • Animals: pick who's coming. Bins: set where each one sits.

  • Table: set every price.

  • Live: Sell, with the buyer, price and how they paid. Any name works for a walk-up.

  • Show finished: Sold, Took in and After costs for the weekend.

Use one device for the whole show, from Friday's setup to Sunday's close.

On either one, every sale lands in Sales HQ as an invoice, a payment and a buyer.

The old way

You know every animal's genetics. Do you know what left your table?

  • The price list is on paper, and by noon it is covered in pen.

  • The cash is in a box. The rest is split across Venmo, CashApp, Zelle and the card reader.

  • The hold is a sticky note with a first name and a deposit written on it.

  • The count happens in the car, after dark, tub by tub.

On a busy aisle, one distracted minute and an animal is gone. And a weekend that felt busy can still barely cover the table.

You run a breeding business all year. Saturday deserves the same records.
